GOODBYE HEARTBREAK, HELLO HEALING, Healing Broken Hearts, Empowering Women, Scriptural Healing, Find Your Love, Single Women, Christian Singles
Do you feel heartbroken over a recent breakup? Did you think he was “the one”, but it turned out to be another failed relationship? Are you feeling like you’ll never find “the one” for you? Do you wish God would just bring the right man along so you can be happy? In this podcast I will share my journey of looking for love in all the wrong places to finally finding the true love I needed and how that led to me getting into the right position to be married. I had a lot of work to do in my single season. When I finally put God first in my life and truly gave Him my heart, I became content as a single woman. Then, and only then was I ready for marriage. I will share all my tips and insight on healing and moving on after painful breakups, growing close to God during heartbreak, and how to get into position to have the deepest desires of your heart (i.e., marriage, children, etc.). If you’re ready to ditch that broken heart for healing and wholeness, you’re in the right place. Hey Sis! I’m Kandice–a faith-led wife and mother of 3. I’m carrying out the call God placed on my life by helping women heal and move forward after breakups. While I love my life now, this wasn’t always the case. I remember being single, thriving in my career as a school psychologist, and faking a smile everyday. People thought I had it all together on the outside, but inside I had a broken heart and was unfulfilled with my life. The cycle of failed relationships began to make me have thoughts like, “What’s wrong with me?” and “Why am I not enough?” I desperately wanted to find the right man for me and get married. So I went from relationship to relationship; but instead of finding my soulmate with whom I would spend the rest of my life, I found disappointment and more heartbreak. Then, in 2015, my heart was shattered, and I knew something had to change. I finally realized that if I was ever going to truly heal my heart and be fulfilled, I was going to have to partner with God in the healing process. Through healing and connection with God, I finally felt whole and complete. I learned the proper way to heal and grow my relationship with God, and I want to help you do the same. Plus I have tips to help you get ready for future relationships, so when the right one comes along, you’ll be complete and lacking nothing. If you are ready to finally heal your heart, stop going from failed relationship to failed relationship, and grow your relationship with God in the midst of it, all while becoming the woman you want to be who is ready when the right man comes along–this is definitely the podcast for you. Sis, kick off those cute shoes that’s been hurting your feet all day and turn me up in those earbuds, we’re about to get into it! Hey Sis!
Have you ever felt so hurt and broken that you would do anything to be happy or just feel better for even just a moment? If so, you’re in good company.
Meet today’s guest, Erika Diaz Castro, also known as your Jesus-loving Puerto Rican life coach! Erika is also a wife, mom, and the host of the podcast, Her Renewed Strength. Erika helps anxious, burnt out, overwhelmed Christian women go from discouraged, disorganized, and disoriented to clear-headed, confident and consistent; so they can steward their time, gifts, and resources well and boldly serve the Lord!
Erika really opens up with us and gets super vulnerable about all the ways she sought to heal herself from all the pain she felt. In part 1, Erika shares how she felt uncomfortable and out of place in a healthy relationship, so she sabotaged it and went down a really dark road from there.
You’re going to love Erika’s authenticity and honesty, and she drops a bombshell at the end of this episode that you’ll have to catch the details of in part 2.
So do yourself a favor, Sis, and put those earbuds in and get comfortable. This is absolutely an episode you won’t want to miss!!

Hey Sis!
Did you know you’re on the enemy’s hit list? If you didn’t know, I’m sorry to be the one to tell you this; but he’s watching you! He knows that you’re walking through a difficult season right now, but he also knows you’re doing what’s necessary to heal your heart–and he doesn’t like that!
The enemy is mad and hell is nervous! He knows if you are truly healed and set free, you will be a force to be reckoned with. He knows the stronger you get, the less power he has over you, so he’s giving it all he’s got to keep weak and heartbroken!
Psst…I got something for you Sis! Something that is guaranteed to bring you victory in this season! I have hand picked scriptures straight from the Bible for you to stand on in this season and for you to fight the enemy…and WIN!
There’s so much rich information in this episode that I had to break it up into two episodes because I want you to fully digest the information I’m giving you today. That way you can be more effective in this battle with the enemy.
Here are the scriptures we will use in today’s episode”
Psalms 34:17-18
Romans 8:35-39
1 John 1:9
Isaiah 43:25
Psalms 139:8 (NKJV)
Psalms 138: 8
Take your shoes off, put your earbuds in, and prepare to start slicing and dicing, Sis! We’re about to get it!!!

Hey Sis,
We talk a lot about healing from heartbreak on this show, but you know I want to help you become the woman God called you to be and walk in purpose.
I have a special guest today who is going to help with that. A big part of really walking in purpose and being able to answer the calling of God is to be good stewards over what He has already entrusted to us.
Kara shares her story of how she began living out the calling God placed on her life. Kara also gives tips on how to be good stewards over your time and money and how that leads to less stress on the road to purpose.
A little about her–Kara Walker graduated from college debt free, and is now on a quest to help other students do the same with her podcast Money and Mental Peace, and her upcoming course The Debt-Free College Blueprint! She is a twenty-something Christian entrepreneur, amateur snowboarder, and recovering overachiever. Kara enjoys goal-setting, budgeting, and living a debt-free lifestyle, and wants to help YOU do the same!
You’re going to want to pick up these good nuggets she’s giving about being good stewards and finding your own purpose and calling. Don’t miss this episode!

Hey Sis!
Have you been implementing the steps and tips you’re getting from this podcast, but you’re discouraged because you’re still missing your ex? Then, today’s today’s episode is definitely for you!
The truth is, working towards your healing doesn’t stop you from feeling emotions. And an even harder truth to digest is that just because your ex hurt you doesn’t mean your love for him automatically disappears.
Don’t be so hard on yourself if you’re missing your ex. These are natural feelings to have when you were connected to someone. So get ready to ditch those feelings of shame and guilt around these emotions.
In today’s episode I’m going to walk you through the 4 stages of missing your ex and what to do at each stage. By the time you get to the end of this episode, I believe you will feel better about your emotions and have more hope for your future, knowing that the pain will end.
So what are you waiting for?! Press play and turn me up in your earbuds, Sis! Let’s get into it!!

Hey Sis,
Today’s episode is a little different. I hope you don’t mind.
In the hustle and bustle of life, it’s hard to slow down and take care of ourselves. Everyone needs something from us. They are depending on us. The world wants us to show up for them, but what about us?
God is dealing with me in this season to make sure I take time to fill my cup. I am constantly pouring out to others, so my cup has to always be filled. While He was dealing with me one night, I felt Holy Spirit nudging me to go record.
This episode is just one of encouragement, reminding you that you alone are enough! We can’t get caught up in the performance trap. We don’t have to perform for God. He wants you to know He loves you just the way you are.
Even in this season of heartbreak, you are enough! And especially in this season of heartbreak, He wants you to take a moment to sit at his feet and connect with Him.
Take a real moment for yourself when you listen to this episode. Really listen to my words. Soak in it!
And don’t worry! I’ll make sure you get a bonus episode this week to even things out 😉

Hey Sis!
How long have you been dealing with heartbreak? Days, weeks, months, years, decades? You know what, Sis, it doesn’t even matter. You know why? Because you’re getting set free and healed today! That’s right, TODAY!
The enemy will no longer plague your mind and keep you in this broken hearted state! In today’s episode, we are going to dissect a very familiar passage of scripture to show you how you can use your faith to take hold of the healing that is rightfully yours.
We are going to talk about the woman with the issue of blood found in Mark 5:25-34. This woman is a prime example of what happens when you look to the world to heal you, but the world cannot. She stayed stuck in her situation for over a decade, but then she heard Jesus was passing by.
Sis, we don’t have to wait to be healed. Our healing is already within us. We just have to activate our faith in order to access the healing, which I will teach you how to do today.
This episode is a must listen and must share episode. No matter how long you’ve been on your healing journey, it’s time to get your healing today! Some of you have been dealing with this for way too long, and it’s time to be set free!
Are you with me? If so, turn me up in those earbuds! This is going to be good!

Hey Sis!
We have talked about this before. Making the decision to leave a relationship is one of the hardest things in life. There's all of these thoughts, “but I love him,” “but I don’t want to be alone,” “but if not him, then who?” These thoughts keep us frozen in fear, staying in relationships way past our time.
I have already shared with you in a previous episode how God told me to leave one relationship (check out episode #8). Today, I’m going to tell you how God told me to leave 4 different relationships in 4 different ways. You heard me right.
God was speaking to me even when I didn’t know it was Him, and I’m going to share it all with you today. Could it be that God is speaking to you too? He speaks to all of us differently, so we have to be open to hearing Him.
Come learn the ways God spoke to me and if you resonate with any of these. This is probably the most uncomfortable episode I’ve done so far, but so worth it. I think it’s truly going to shed some light on your situation, whether you’re seeking God about leaving a relationship or anything else in your life. Plus you’ll be hearing a little tea about my previous relationships.
So turn me up in those earbuds because I'm more than sure that you won’t want to miss this episode!

Hey sis!
I have a special treat for you today! I want to welcome our first guest to the podcast, my lil sista from another mista–Pastor Jessika Rae Gayden! This episode is so good and refreshing, and it is for you whether or not you are dealing with heartbreak.
Pastor Jessika is a worship Pastor at our church, a nurse, a Mary Kay consultant, and the founder of Lover of Jesus Apparel. Her biggest desire in life is to know Him (Jesus) and to make Him known ❤️!
This is such a special episode where we do a deep dive into worship. We are talking about what worship really is and how to live a life of worship. Plus, we are talking about how to worship through heartbreak and the benefits of it.
Seriously, you’re going to think about some things differently after hearing this episode, especially if you’re one of those people who believe worship is not for you.
Not to mention, my sis and I kind of cut up a little bit, so you’ll be able to get a few giggles and hehe’s in this episode. This is definitely one you want to tune into!

Hey sis!
So, I don’t know if you know this, but obedience is really important on the healing journey. Maybe that’s not what you were ever expecting to hear, but it’s true. If you really want to be healed from this heartbreak, you have to be willing to do what it is God is telling you to do.
We always want to be aligned with God’s purpose for our lives, and sometimes that alignment is going to take us being obedient to God in a big way. Here’s the things. The things God tells us to do are not always what our flesh wants to do. That’s what I’m going to share with you in today’s episode.
God called on me to make a huge sacrifice in my life that ultimately lead to a season that seemed counterproductive to what I wanted. It seemed like I was going backwards in life; but in fact, everything was falling into place, just as God had designed it to.
Has God given you instructions that you have yet to follow through with? If so, today is definitely for you. Maybe you’re not sure what God wants you to do right now. That’s okay! I got you too! Just hit play.
I’m going to share with you more of my story, how God told me to leave that relationship, a and what happened as a result. Talk about juicy! This is definitely an episode you won’t want to miss. And quick, share it with someone else who you know needs to hear this today!
Also Sis, if you haven’t subscribed to the podcast yet, do us both a favor and hit that subscribe/follow button wherever you get your podcast. I’m telling you, you don’t want to miss any of these episodes.
When this episode is over, I would love to know your thoughts! Head over to my Facebook group so we can connect!
